A dream of third generation pasta maker Giuseppe di Martino, CEO and president of Pastificio Di Martino (est. 1912), La Devozione is an ode to pasta brought to life in New York City. Located in the historic Chelsea Market, La Devozione is the heritage pasta company's first brick-and-mortar experience in the United States. This multi-concept pasta destination features a retail shop, coffee and cocktail bar, an elegant 30-seat oval pasta bar, and casual dining at A Tavola. Guests can explore over 126 distinct shapes of Pastificio Di Martino's PGI Gragnano pasta firsthand.
