Kyo Ya

Out of Business

Description

This small Japanese spot focuses on kaiseki, the elaborate cuisine traditionally served during a Japanese tea ceremony. For upwards of $100, diners can get the complete kaiseki tea ceremony experience. But if you’re not quite ready to fork over a Benjamin, you can sample delicacies a la carte—like monkfish liver, bozushi (a pressed, flattened sushi) and sea urchin served on tofu skin.
