Jean-Georges Vongeritchen’s first restaurant, established in 1991 and named after the childhood nickname his mother would call him, is situated in a duplex townhouse on the Upper East Side. With a modern and fresh design, JoJo maintains an understated, warm and friendly atmosphere. It’s a simple and casual neighborhood restaurant serving a farm-to-table menu with mostly organic, local ingredients.
