Description
Jaz is named for owner Jaz Rupall, who was born and raised as second generation British-Indian in Hertfordshire, England. After arriving in the United States, her longing for some home cooking inspired her to open Jaz in Hell’s Kitchen, featuring the cuisine of Northern India. Leading the kitchen are chefs Bachan Rawat (Bukhara Grill), known for his curries, and Arif Ahmed (Bombay Grill, Sapphire) to man the tandoor oven.
