Description

Noodle masters trained in Chinatown pull, twist and thwack organic dough into shapes at this fashionable NoHo venue. Steaming soups are topped with ingredients like black-feathered chicken breast, quince and chanterelles or duck breast and leg with Szechuan roasted peppers. It's entertaining to sit at the bar and watch these masters in action. The industrial-chic dining room is dark and inviting, catering to an artsy crowd. It's not as cheap as Chinatown, but it's not expensive either, with everything under $20. In addition to a smart selection of sake is a European-focused beer and wine list. Service is fast and friendly.
