Consulting chef Danny Ye’s seafood-centric menu for the eatery is inspired by global flavors. And the striking blue-and-gray interior is a blend of Hollywood glamour and sophisticated mischief, emphasizing the venue's homage to the '30s, when actress Marion Davies—William Randolph Hearst's mistress—used the space for personal entertaining. The bespoke cocktail menu, created by beverage director Tyler Drinkwater, is defined by twists on classics.
