Grey Lady

Description

Equal parts bar and restaurant, Grey Lady serves New England–style seafood, which can be hard to come by in NYC. The long marble bar, floor-to-ceiling windows and mismatched mirrors give a City gloss to the trappings of a beachside shack in Nantucket (the owners came from there). Highlights of the menu are the generously filled lobster roll and some of the freshest oysters in town. The cocktails on offer at the full bar include the lime- and vodka-based South Side and the citrusy, rum-infused Painkiller.
