Greedi Kitchen is focused on providing delicious and nutritious vegan comfort food in Bedford-Stuyvesant. Owner Latisha Daring, a Brooklyn native, grew frustrated with the lack of diversity and flavor profiles available in the borough. After working in fashion for over 26 Years, Daring decided that her years of experience in customer service and her passion for food would pair well in providing an experience that was desperately needed in the borough.
