Description
The locals are vocal at this all-day café, conferring by the counter about which baked goods are dreamiest: the Aleppo pepper and honey biscuit, the Tristar strawberry Danish or the brioche with butternut squash and pecorino. They’re all wonderful, as are the creative salads, the fat dates wrapped with beef bacon and the smoked trout and egg sandwich. The tiny, blue-trimmed storefront has a few tables and a serious coffee program.
