FryGuys

Out of Business

Description

Going for the late-night crowd, FryGuys is open until the wee hours and features loaded French fry combos like the Drunk Guy, with bacon, guacamole and queso (wonder who it’s for?). Skin-on classic fries, wavy-cut fries and sweet potato fries are double-fried for crispness and go well with a number of sauces—including fiery chipotle mayo and roasted garlic aioli. The space is a carnivalesque cubbyhole with a floor tiled in vinyl records and disco balls hanging from the ceiling.
