After long hours in the kitchen playing with all different sorts of flours, the chefs at Friedmans have created an entirely gluten-free menu including pancakes, waffles and fried chicken. Friedmans serves antibiotic-free meats and local vegetables in sandwiches such as the hand-cut pastrami and the grilled chicken "swiss wich," with bacon jam and gruyere.
