Flor de Mayo - Washington Heights

Description

Flor de Mayo was started in 1977 by a group of Chinese immigrants, migrating from Peru to the US. With them, they brought their in-depth knowledge of Peruvian cuisine, the expertise of Chinese cooking techniques, and an unyielding determination to establish themselves in America. Since then, Flor de Mayo has served a delightful combination of Peruvian and Chinese cuisine. As one of the few remaining Chino-Latino restaurants in NYC, Flor de Mayo provides selections crafted by the chef's skillful touch, seasoned with unique herbs and spices from both cultures.
