Flip, as its name implies, is mostly a burger joint, with dozens of meat blend–and–sauce combos on organic rolls. Potato options also cover all the bases, with cones of chubby fries, skinny fries, steak fries or sweet potato fries. And the wine and beer selection is more diverse than you'd expect.
