Fatty 'Cue is a play on Zak Pelaccio's Fatty Crab restaurants, here serving barbecue with Southeast Asian accents. Succulent fat does come into play with the flavorful meats, such as red curry–rubbed duck and lamb shoulder with goat-milk yogurt, garlic and Vietnamese mint. It's messy, just as barbecue should be, and piles of napkins are provided. Bright, spicy condiments and cocktails infused with smoked grapefruit, smoked pineapple and Thai basil display creative touches.
