The enormously vaulted ceilings and various topiaries of the restaurant, periennially ranked one of the world's best, are the backdrop to stylish 30-something patrons who know where to find great food. Chef-owner Daniel Humm oversees a menu of seasonal American fare, exploring everything from hamachi marinated with pumpkin seed oil to Millbrook Farms venison with chanterelles and salsify. The duck with honey and lavender is a standout.
