Ed's Lobster Bar

Out of Business

Description

Owned by NYC native Ed McFarland, who studied the art of New England cuisine while working as a sous-chef at Pearl Oyster Bar, this traditional lobster shack provides some of the most authentic New England–style seafood dishes in the City, from lobster rolls and scallops to oysters and clam chowder. Some hybrids are in there too, like lobster poutine and lobster mac and cheese. Ed’s also offers a full raw bar, an extensive wine list, nonalcoholic concoctions and daily specials.
