Du’s Donuts and Coffee

Out of Business

Description

James Beard Award–winning chef Wylie Dufresne (of the late, great WD-50) has channeled his energy into frying cake-like doughnuts at the cheery, contemporary Du’s. The shop, in the plaza of Williamsburg’s swanky William Vale hotel, has a few seats available for those who want to linger over the sweet treats and chase them with coffee from Brooklyn Roasting Company. Doughnut flavors rotate, and include pistachio pink lemonade, Mexican hot chocolate and pomegranate tahini.
