Description
Dulcinea specializes in Spanish sweets like churros and berlinas. Churros—which are a crispier type of cruller—can be stuffed, dipped and coated with a variety of ingredients. Berlinas, more like a traditional doughnut, are a brioche dough filled with marmalade, chocolate and other filling, then coated with powdered sugar. Both confections can be found at the bakery’s main location, the Dekalb Market Hall, along with stands at Smorgasburg in Williamsburg and Park Slope on weekends.
