Named after a beloved Montauk surfing area, this West Village seafood hotspot serves up a variety of pescatarian delights along with mouthwatering BLTs, sloppy joes and meatloaf sandwiches. Expect lobster rolls, fish and chips as well as mac and cheese—great comfort food that's on the briny side. The restaurant’s version of the classic lobster roll, which comes with sweet potato chips, features a roasted-garlic and Dijon aioli along with Old Bay seasoning, scallions and tarragon. Ditch Plains offers an assortment of international wines by the half or full bottle, a complement and sometimes perfect counterpoint to the culinary fare.
