Dekalb Restaurant

Out of Business

Description

This farm-to-table restaurant's seasonally inspired menus include whimsical touches, like fried brussels sprouts, banana polenta porridge and parsnip and butternut squash tater tots, alongside more classic fare, like braised lamb—all of it as fresh and locally sourced as possible. (As a consequence, the menu changes according to the availability of the ingredients.) Dekalb also boasts a similarly well-curated menu of craft beer and artisanal cocktails with house-made syrups and bitters.
