Description
Dassara is a watering hole, ramen house and neighborhood booster, touting the kippered salmon from Shelsky's Smoked Fish in a bowl of ramen and a sometime-special of Mile End pastrami sandwiched in a ramen burger or even bobbing in a bowl of chicken broth with matzo balls. Owners Justin DeSpirito, Lana Yang and Josh Kaplan have something new and exciting going on every month. The bare-bones space has a cool factor that attracts a young Brooklyn crowd at night. During the day you'll see more strollers.
