But those who know their mini-cakes have been frequenting this Ninth Avenue café, in the shadow of the Port Authority, for more than 20 years. Special orders are welcomed, and for any occasion the talented cake decorators on staff will gladly add creative buttercream designs to their baby- or full-size cakes. Other sweet and savory snacks are on offer to go with your butterbomb.
