Corton

Out of Business

Description

Located in the heart of TriBeCa, Corton is a partnership between restaurateur Drew Nieporent and chef Paul Liebrandt. The modern French menu melds the tradition of classical cuisine with a contemporary approach to ingredients and technique. The restaurant offers a three-course prix-fixe menu as well as a chef's tasting menu. With 65 seats, the serene dining room features vine-and-leaf-embossed walls, vaulted ceilings, natural-toned chairs and inviting banquettes. Named for the largest area of Grand Cru in Burgundy, the restaurant highlights selections from Corton on its wine list.
