Co-Op Food & Drink

Out of Business

Description

Please note: this business is now closed; nycgo.com keeps record of many old and closed venues. East meets South at Co-Op Food & Drink, a modern Japanese-American brasserie and sushi bar on the Lower East Side serving cuisine that is globally inspired, locally sourced and designed to be shared. Co-Op Food & Drink transforms dining into a "creative exercise" by juxtaposing the cuisine of executive chef James London (of Niko and The Crow’s Nest) with a truly authentic New York atmosphere. In addition to an extensive sushi and sashimi selection, the restaurant also offers eats ranging from ginger fried chicken and Nantucket Bay scallops to whiskey-glazed steak. Reservations are suggested.
