Inspired by travelers’ clubs, geographic societies and other classic interiors, Clarkson is a contemporary bistro in the West Village that draws from European and American sensibilities. Chef Rebecca Weitzman has crafted gastronomic fare defined by European-inspired seasonal dishes, and the restaurant has an innovative cocktail list. The extensive menu features an impressive raw bar, charcuterie (both house-made and imported), a large selection of cheeses and an extensive offering of shared plates as well as appetizers and main courses.
