Description

Chai serves authentic Beijing cuisine, incorporating the cooking techniques the Qing Dynasty's court cuisine to present unique local Beijing dishes, including Zha Jiang Noodles, Aiwowo, and many more. The interior design of Chai is inspired by "Siheyuan," which are buildings arranged on four sides around a courtyard and the old lanes of Beijing hutongs, giving insight into the ancient lifestyle of ordinary Beijing residents. They are significant in developing and evolving the capital's history and culture.
