The staff takes care in the food's preparation and presentation, so don't expect fast food. For an entrée typical of the South Asian country, try crisp hoppers (crepes) with egg, katta sambol (a mixture of chili and dried fish) and a helping of fish, chicken, mutton or beef curry.
