Description
It’s better known as a nightclub than as a restaurant, but don't let the fear of paparazzi keep you away from chef Alex Guarnaschelli's food at Butter. A spicy radicchio and apple salad and the Hudson Valley duck breast are just two examples of her local, seasonal approach. Even starlets and sports stars have to eat well, and they do, happily, in the wood-filled, low-glow room that makes even non-celebrities photogenic.
