Brooklyn Tea

Description

Originally an online retailer, Brooklyn Tea opened this brick-and-mortar teahouse in 2019 as a showcase for its high-quality infusions. Beyond the “smelling wall,” where visitors can sniff loose tea in jars, customers choose from around 60 tea varieties, sourced from China, Japan, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Kenya and Taiwan (some of which are blended in house). Favorites include the Earl Grey, watermelon matcha and vanilla rooibos, and all can be paired with locally baked pastries and cookies from BCakeNY, Uptown Vegan and others.
