An opportunity arose that bore this intimate and inviting venue, Bonsaii Tapas & Wine Bar, inspired by the Japanese bonsai tree (a miniature tree cultivated to resemble nature in a modest space and nurtured with artistic interaction). Bonsaii Tapas & Wine Bar is the ultimate representation of its namesake.
