Description

Gather your crew for an unforgettable tapas-style dining experience accompanied with a fine selection of wines and crafted cocktails. With more than 10 years of experience in hospitality, aspiring restauranteurs Kevin Cardenas and Ruben Cabrera launched themselves with their first venture, Ceviche Fussion, which was an overwhelming success. An opportunity arose that bore this intimate and inviting venue, Bonsaii Tapas & Wine Bar, inspired by the Japanese bonsai tree (a miniature tree cultivated to resemble nature in a modest space and nurtured with artistic interaction). Bonsaii Tapas & Wine Bar is the ultimate representation of its namesake. Their cuisine is inspired by international tapas, putting an updated spin on classic dishes and bringing creative new ones, so every patron will feel welcomed and find something of their taste.
