This upscale vegan restaurant has several iterations (Blossom du Jour and Blossom Bakery, plus two more locations in Greenwich Village and the Upper West Side), but the original—located in an elegant Chelsea townhouse—still stands out. Regulars love the port-wine seitan with mushrooms, tempura onion and garlic mashed potatoes, as well as the chocolate ganache dessert with peanut butter drizzle.
