Bistro Pierre Lapin

Out of Business

Description

Harold Moore is a beloved chef in the West Village (formerly at the long-running, much-beloved Commerce), so it’s no surprise the locals have embraced his pretty French bistro. The all-day café, brightened with gingham curtains and red upholstery, features homemade bread and pastries (via baker-partner Julia Grossman), along with omelets and a traditional croque madame. At night look for classic quenelles with pike mousse and Moore’s signature whole roasted chicken for two with foie gras bread stuffing.
