Description
Crown Hospitality Group's latest restaurant and bar in the heart of Midtown Manhattan offers a warm, convivial atmosphere, impeccable service and an a stylish, modern take on the traditional New York steak house. Housed in a 19th-century townhouse, Bill's Food & Drink takes inspiration from a former tenant, one of the most infamous speakeasies of the Prohibition era. The menu features dry-aged meats, seafood, homemade pasta and an array of salads and sides, overseen by John DeLucie—formerly executive chef at The Waverly Inn and current chef/proprietor at Crown and The Lion—who aims to extend the boundaries of contemporary American cuisine.
