Description
Homemade liver mousse with mustard kicks off the nine-course bacon omakase menu ($55). The Korean-ish, pork-filled flight of fancy explores different cuts and preparations, such as bacon steak, bacon schnitzel and bacon-eggplant steamed rice. Most guests get the omakase, but if it sounds too much like bacon overload, do an à la carte glazed pork belly sandwich. The unpretentious space is good for groups who want to continue the party downstairs in karaoke rooms.
