BCD Tofu House
Description
Part of a mini chain, BCD Tofu House gets its name from the Bukchang Dong district in Korea, where the late founder Hee Sook Lee received her culinary education. BCD specializes in “soon tofu” dishes, called sundubu-jjigae in Korean, a spicy, soft tofu stew. In addition to the many tofu-based menu items, they offer sharable Korean comfort food.
