Description

This Roman-style bar specializes in tasty pinsa, oval-shaped pizzas made from a heartier flour blend than usual and topped with mozzarella straight from Italy’s southern Campania region. The crust is lighter and crispier than typical pizzas, with toppings that include artichokes, prosciutto, anchovies and mushrooms. There’s also traditional Roman antipasti (like artichokes with roasted garlic and fresh mint), and variations of the iconic negroni cocktail (the bar is named after alleged inventor Count Camillo Negroni).
