Description
This Staten Island outpost has been perfecting its bagel recipes since it opened its doors two decades ago. While there are plenty of delicious sandwiches, paninis and classic bagels varieties on offer, the most in-demand lately is the least expected: the cereal bagel. After polling regulars about their favorite breakfast cereals, the chefs created unorthodox bagel recipes that feature Fruity Pebbles, Cookie Crisp, Lucky Charms and other breakfast favorites. After cooking, the bagels are slathered in cereal-infused cream cheese and voila, an NYC standard is completely remade.
