A traditional Indian thali on a metal plate featuring cutlets, kebabs, green chutney, dal in a bowl, grilled vegetables, sliced onions, a lemon wedge, and two small dipping sauces on a marble surface.
An overhead view of various Indian dishes, including naan, dal, paneer, palak curry, and a creamy yellow curry, served in bowls and plates on a marble table, with glasses of white wine.
A white plate with a glossy chocolate dome topped with gold leaf, a quenelle of cream garnished with dried flower petals, crunchy granola pieces, and small golden jelly cubes, arranged artfully.

Description

Baar Baar sets the bar high when it comes to modern Indian cuisine. Chef Sujan Sarkar’s deep-fried chicken nuggets come bathed in masala sauce and bordered by a tuft of lemony foam. The elevated street food on hte menu pairs well with a New Delhi sour cocktail made with bourbon, aromatic rose hip shrub, egg white and bitters. Other great small plates include Kashmiri lamb and tandoori octopus. The dark, roomy lounge and dining area is enhanced by a compelling fresco of an elaborately bejeweled woman.
