Behind an anonymous, frosted glass window in a nondescript building, you’ll find a small and carefully designed, artisanal-friendly space, helmed by executive chef Matthew Lightner, who was named best new chef at his Portland restaurant, Castagna. Quirky standouts from the open kitchen include mini lobster rolls, gin-cured diver scallops, faux foie gras and more.
