Description
Just opened in Grand Central’s Dining Concourse on the lower level, this casual soul-food spot is owned by Lady Gaga’s dad, Joseph Germanotta, with Art Smith, Oprah Winfrey’s former personal chef, heading up the kitchen. Homestyle southern sides—mac and cheese, cheddar biscuits, and deviled eggs—are not to be missed. And be sure to order the chicken and waffles (ask for the hot sauce with extra maple syrup). A large selection of whiskeys and bourbons are also on hand, ranging from ryes to aged single malts.
