Aqualis Grill

Out of Business

Description

This Fort Greene seafood restaurant maintains high quality while keeping the prices down, which is of paramount appeal to neighborhood folk. Dishes have a Greek slant, but move more into Mediterranean territory with whole grilled sea bass, grilled shrimp with orzo in tomato sauce and pan-roasted scallops with cannellini beans. Owner Gorian Papa designed the handsome, casual space with whitewashed brick walls, dark wood floors and shelves holding vintage pottery. It's a place to keep in mind for dinner before or after a show at the Brooklyn Academy of Music.
