Amuse Marketplace & Bar, on the ground floor of The Westin New York Grand Central, serves creative cocktails and a seasonal menu in a contemporary setting inspired by nature. The menu features an extensive selection of locally made small-batch spirits and regionally brewed craft beer, organic and biodynamic wines, and an ever-changing selection of creative "enhanced juice" cocktails that highlight cold-pressed juices and locally sourced fresh market ingredients. The comfort food menu, available from sunrise to well after sunset, features favorites such as the flame-grilled LaFrieda burger and a house-made chicken pot pie.
