Description

Named after the popular neighborhood bakery located on Prince Street, the Vesuvio Playground has existed under various names and in different incarnations since 1929. Since the park’s most recent remodeling, it boasts a spray-shower water play area, sandboxes, bocce courts, benches, basketball and handball courts, mini-pool, several playgrounds and public restrooms.
