The Terminal Stores / Waterfront NY

Description

The Waterfront has served many purposes in its long history. It first opened in the late 1800s as the Terminal Warehouse, a distribution center and storage facility with direct access to the waterfront and rail lines. In the 1980s and ’90s, the space was home to one of the City’s hottest nightclubs, Tunnel. Today it functions as both a ministorage facility and a location for art exhibitions, trade shows, holiday parties and fashion shows. With room for up to 1,500 guests, it's one of the larger event venues in the City.
