The League of Kitchens

Description

The League of Kitchens unites knowledgeable immigrant home cooks with people curious to try new flavors and learn time-honored techniques. Classes take place in instructors’ kitchens throughout Brooklyn and Queens, either full-day affairs (five-and-a-half hours) or two-and-a-half hour “taste of” workshops. Each class can accommodate six people, with options including Bengali, Nepali, Indian or Japanese cuisine.
