Fashion vets Adair Ilyinsky and Nadine Ferber—a fashion-industry financial analyst and owner of boutique Mick Margo, respectively—have opened a second location of their nail salon, this time in the Underground, Le Parker Meridien hotel’s subterranean beauty and wellness space. The homey decor resembles the original Tribeca spot with vintage light fixtures, six linen pedicure chairs and ten limestone-slab communal manicure tables with built-in iPads. Request a signature manicure (25mins $20) for nail shaping, a hand massage, cuticle care and polish; a luxe treatment (35mins $40) for an additional 10-minute hot-stone massage; or a quickie mani (15mins $15), which includes shaping and polish, for those on the go. Pedicure offerings include signature treatments (35mins $35) that involve shaping, polish, exfoliation and a foot massage; luxe pedis (45mins $50), which add on the 10-minute hot-stone massage; and custom treatments (60mins $65), during which you’ll chat with a technician about your specific skin-care needs.
