Expanding beyond spin classes, they now offer pilates, yoga, wellness education courses, monthly mental wellness sessions with licensed therapists and psychologists, and nutrition resources and guides. This expanded wellness menu offers Black women and allies the ability to take hold of the health journey and prioritize progress over perfection.
