Owl’s Head Park

Description

From its 150-foot-long dog run to its bustling skate park, Owl’s Head is a great destination for all things outdoors—no matter what the season. Nearly 30 acres large, the park boasts winding walkways, sled-worthy hills, basketball courts, a spray pool and fitness equipment, plus views of both the New York City skyline and the nearby Verrazano Bridge. There are special events, too, including free Family Camping, during which guests of all ages can borrow tents and sleeping bags and spend the evening under the stars.
