Nitehawk Cinema Prospect Park (the original Nitehawk is over in Williamsburg) occupies the space of the old Pavilion Theater across from the park. The Pavilion’s seven screens and beautiful lobby have been renovated, with many of its historical elements kept intact. Like its sister venue, the theater shows 35mm and rare prints, first-run independent films, Hollywood blockbusters and cult classics. The location also offers delicious dine-in food and cocktail options.
