Mosholu Golf Course
Description
One of the first public golf courses in the United States, Mosholu has been around for more than a century, but it doesn't show the wear—its nine-hole course and 20,000 square-foot putting green have been renovated in recent years. The center also runs a program for children and teens called The First Tee, an outshoot of a national organization that teaches the basics of golf and sportsmanship to local youth.
